Measurement Equipment For Hot Strip Mills
The ability to precisely measure a wide variety of processes and products is essential in the production of high-quality metals.
Our innovative technology allows customers to improve the quality of their end products, hence increasing production and profit.
We can incorporate many of our sensors and measuring devices to afford smooth and problem free rolling through temperature, position, velocity and size control.
Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) is the use of video cameras to transmit a signal to a specific place, on a limited set of monitors. It differs from broadcast television in that the signal in not openly transmitted, though it may employ point to point (P2P), point to multipoint (ie. Security Office, Control Room, DVR) or mesh wireless links.
In industrial plants, CCTV equipment may be used to observe parts of a process from a central control room, for example when the environment is not suitable for humans. CCTV systems may operate continuously or only as required to monitor a particular event. A more advanced form of CCTV, utilizing Digital Video Recorders (DVRs), provides recording with a variety of quality and performance options and extra features (Motion Detection and alarms).
These systems can be used for safety and security purposes along with observation, when used with DVRs that can record 24 hours a day 7 days a week. This allows you to view video from any time of day or night after an incident has occurred for safety/insurance reasons.
